HVAC maintenance plans in Northern Virginia
Ask TemperAir about recurring AC, furnace, and heat pump maintenance. Confirm service agreement scope, pricing, and terms before joining.
A maintenance plan for your heating and cooling systems
Tell us about your heating and cooling systems and the kind of recurring care you’re looking for. You can ask about a plan without enrolling or making a payment.
AC, furnace, and heat pump maintenance plans
Start with the equipment in your home and the care you want to arrange. An AC maintenance plan focuses on cooling-season care; a furnace maintenance plan addresses heating equipment; a heat pump maintenance plan should account for both operating modes. Tell us the number and type of systems so the available scope can be discussed.
HVAC service agreements: what to confirm before joining
Ask about visit frequency, covered systems, pricing, additional-system charges, repair exclusions, any discounts, renewal, and cancellation. A maintenance plan should make its commitments clear.
Compare the full cost and the actual coverage
Ask for a written total for the full plan term, the payment schedule, and charges for each additional system. A monthly payment and an annual price may have different totals. Confirm how a heat pump serving both heating and cooling, or a dual-fuel setup with backup equipment, is counted.
Separate inspection and testing from included cleaning, replacement filters, refrigerant, parts, and repairs. Ask which exclusions or limits apply and whether deeper cleaning or an active fault requires separately approved work. If any scheduling or diagnostic-fee benefit is offered, confirm its conditions and after-hours limits; phone access does not guarantee an on-site arrival time.
Plan enrollment and billing are not available on this site. Sending an inquiry does not create a membership.
Plan inquiry or one-time tune-up?
If you want a single visit, explore seasonal HVAC maintenance and tune-ups. If your system has an active problem, start with HVAC repair and diagnostics. A maintenance contract is not a home warranty or a promise that every repair is covered.
